Balloon item returns policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We are unable to accept returns of inflated and personalised orders. Due to their nature, they are perishable and individually created for each customer, therefore, cannot be reused or resold. If your items are faulty this does not affect your statutory rights.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Event Bookings

 

Events will only be considered booked once we have received the 50% non refundable deposit. Full payment must be made 14 days prior to the event date.

In the rare occasion that an event is cancelled, we will be able to refund any payments (except for the non-refundable deposit). A non refundable deposit maybe be used as a credit note on another event or products once cost of goods for original event taken into consideration).

Clothing Returns and Exchanges

 

If you change your mind you can get a full refund but items must have the labels still attached and be still in original un-worn condition’ meaning no makeup or soiling. just try items on with care. You have up to 14 days to notify us of a return, then up to 14 days after that to send the item back. Pierced jewellery in non returnable for hygiene reasons.

 

We try and process all returns as quickly as possible for you to get your refund. You should receive a confirmation email within a week of having returned the item but it takes longer sometimes.

Any refunds will be refunded to the same payment method you used when you placed the order.

 

CLOTHING DISPATCH TIMES

Our chosen couriers send all orders. Orders are shipped within 7 working days. Delivery costs are £3.95 to the UK mainland. Shipping prices are based on shipping within the mainland UK and excluding Northern Ireland, the Highlands of Scotland, and all the islands.
