Terms & Conditions

Please note these Terms and Conditions apply to all items listed below and shall be considered accepted on the receipt of payment. Adorable Balloons is governed by laws and jurisdiction of England and Wales.

General

Online Shop

Orders

All orders take a minimum of 3 business days to process, if you require a product within 3 business days please contact us directly prior to placing and order and we can look to facilitate.

Payments

For all online purchases we accept payment via debit/ credit card and PayPal

Delivery

Earliest delivery date from order is 3 Business Days. Deliveries will take place between 9am and 9pm on requested day. We will attempt one delivery, if you are not home we will look to leave with a neighbour. If your product can’t be left it will be made available for local pickup from our business location for a period of 24 hours.

We recommend you request a delivery date the day prior to your event.

Due to the perishable nature of our products we will not leave them outside or places where they are exposed to the elements.

If you require a specific time for delivery or wish for it to be left with a particular neighbour please use the notes box on the order page and we will look to accommodate although this isn’t guaranteed.

Refunds & Returns Policy

For all online purchases our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you any full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We are unable to accept returns of any inflated and personalised balloon orders. Due to their nature, they are perishable and individually created for each customer, therefore, cannot be reused or resold. If your items are faulty this does not affect your statutory rights.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Stock Restrictions

From time to time (particularly during Covid 19 pandemic) we suffer stock shortages, if for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order you will be notified as soon as practicable.

Cancellations and Changes to Order

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order you must notify us immediately, unfortunately for any inflated or personalised product we will not be able to change your order once its has been processed. We advise you contact us as early as possible in order that we can look to accommodate any change or cancellation requests.

In the event that we cancel your order we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund

In the event we cannot create the product required will notify you immediately. Where personalisation is requested we retain artistic licence and where we can produce a near to requested version of your product we will do so. In the unlikely event that wholesales changes are required you will be contacted by a member of our team.

Balloon Care/ Health & Safety

Airdorable Balloons is fully insured for Public Liability by BAPIA

We go to great lengths to ensure that you receive your products in the best condition. Airdorable Balloons is not liable for products one collected or delivered. In order to ensure your products stay in the best condition as possible we recommend the following

  • All balloons are kept away from direct sources of heat or extreme temperatures
  • All balloons are kept away from sharp objects
  • Children are supervised at all times whilst around balloons
  • Collection
    • Ensure your car is empty and are able to fold rear seats if required
    • Ensure you maintain room temperature in your vehicle
  • Helium Balloons
    • May pop if kept above room temperature
    • Helium is an asphyxiant and therefore should not be inhaled, Airdorable is not liable for any death or personal injury as a result of misuse of our helium products.

Confectionary and Cake Items

We are unable to guarantee the all are items are free from allergens, please check the item thoroughly before ordering. Is recommended if you suffer from allergies you avoid ordering products containing food or confectionary.

 

Events

Orders & Bookings

Once your package or event décor has been confirmed you will be issued an invoice from which you can pay a 50% non-refundable deposit/ booking fee. Unfortunately without this payment we cannot guarantee your date.

Payments

Payments – For events we accept credit/ debit card, PayPal and bank transfer (details on invoice). For all events we must receive full payment no later than 14 days prior to the event taking place.  

Non- Refundable Deposit/ Booking Fee – This is payable on booking to ensure your date

Hire item deposits – We may ask that you pay deposit for particular hire items, this will be refunded once items have been collected and confirmed to be in the same condition as delivered.

 

Period of Hire

Period of hire for all hire items for a setup will be 24 hours. If you require items for a longer duration, additional charges may apply

Venue Access

You are responsible for ensuring the venue is accessible for setup. You will be notified when making a booking how long prior to the event we will require access.

Loss & Damage

You are responsible for the care of all hire items and accept full responsibility for the duration of hire. Any damage or loss cause by venue staff is your responsibility. Please note hire items may come with an additional refundable deposit which will be returned once all items have been received back in the same condition supplied.

Balloon Care/ Health & Safety

  • All event setups are considered decoration and not toys, please ensure Children are supervised around our décor at all times. We are not liable for any death or personal injury as a result of negligence or misuse of our items.

Cancellations & Changes

We understand that from time to time you may need to cancel or change an event. Please notify us as early as possible to confirm and cancellations or changes so we can best accommodate. We are unable to guarantee change dates will be available.

Refunds

Unfortunately due to the personalised nature of our event Décor we are unable to issue full refunds for cancellations. In the event of cancellation we will issue all monies except for the non-refundable deposit/ booking fee. We may opt to offer a partial or full credit note to the value of the non-refundable deposit (accept for costs already incurred).

Where you are looking to change the date of your event we will retain monies already paid to be applied to the new event.
